About Start Point, LLC

Start Point was formed in 2002. Its founder and current president, Charles W. Moncure Jr. (Monty), has worked in the telecommunications industry for over nine years. Much of this time was with many of the larger wireless carriers. Monty has served in many different areas in the wireless industry, from sales and marketing, to management of new site construction.

Monty also serves in the Army Reserve with the rank of Major, and served 3 years of active service as a tank platoon leader stationed in Germany during the late 80’s.
